Documents required for pickup

In order to pick up your rental car, you must present the following original documents: 

• A valid Driver's Licence 
• An identity card (nationals and EU citizens) or a passport (non-EU citizens) in Latin script
• A valid credit card with a credit limit still available, at least equal to the amount of the expected rental cost plus the cost of one tank of fuel (minimum CHF 200.00). For reservations with the option «Pay later» the card with which the booking was made must be presented. Note: Prepaid credit cards and debit cards are not accepted at our stations.
• For prepaid-reservations (Option «pay now»): In addition, the debit or credit card with which the advance payment was made.
