Documents required for pickup

In order to pick up your rental car, you must present the following original documents: 

• A valid original Driver's Licence. Any additional drivers must also present an original driving licence when collecting the vehicle. 
• An identity card (nationals and EU citizens) or a passport (non-EU citizens) in Latin script of the main renter.
• A valid credit card or debit card* with a credit limit still available, at least equal to the amount of the expected rental cost plus the cost of one tank of fuel (minimum CHF 200.00). For reservations with the option «Pay later» the card with which the booking was made must be presented. Note: Prepaid credit cards and debit cards are not accepted at our stations. Credit card must be in the name of the main renter.
• For prepaid-reservations (Option «pay now»): In addition, the debit or credit card with which the advance payment was made.

* Only debit cards issued by a Swiss bank and where the cardholder (renter) is resident in Switzerland are accepted.
