Credit card / debit card* charge at pickup
When you pick up the vehicle, the "Total Charge" will be debited to your credit or debit card*. Furthermore, a certain amount will be blocked on your method of payment, depending on (i) car group driven and (ii) purchased insurances.
The pre-authorised amount will be released upon final settlement and payment of your rental charges when you return the vehicle. Please note, that it can take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank, until you see the amount on your bank statement.
*only debit cards issued from a Swiss Bank are accepted and the debit card holder (renter) must be a Swiss resident.
